Winter Park is its own city in Orange County, just north of Orlando. Park Avenue, with shops and restaurants, runs along Central Park downtown, and Rollins College sits at the south end of the avenue.
The Winter Park Chain of Lakes, linked by canals, runs through the city. Homes range from condos and townhomes to older homes and lakefront properties. Some addresses that say Winter Park are outside city limits, so we check each one.
